Bora Bora Island
The lagoon of Bora Bora is framed by a reef
strewn with sandy islets all covered by a tropical vegetation
thus offering a calm sea protected from trade winds; Water
is mostly shallow and its colors gave birth to the myth
of Bora Bora.
When sailing through these areas it is common to see sting
rays and spotted eagle rays.
In the middle of the lagoon stands the island with its jagged
and cloud-surrounded majestic mountain named Mount Otemanu.
The colors of the vegetation emphasize the shades of the
lagoon. From crystal clear to blue navy, the waters of Bora
Bora have made of this lagoon an exceptional spot
for a clientele wishing to discover sailing in a wonderful
scenery.
